Don't heed what these people are saying

A couple of days ago the Mrs. was listening to a MetroMess radio (AM) station. She ask me if I had ever heard of anyone on the radio advocating people should not vote early. And if one did not know all the facts and issues about a race you should not vote at all. No, tell me about it.

Apparently these two bozos were telling people to wait until the last minute to vote because you never know when the opposition of one candidate or another will find and reveal some dirt. Apparently these guys' criteria for voting for a candidate has to do with who has the most pristine past at the time they cast their vote. To them it's all about the mud. Never mind what the candidates' platform says.

Welcome to Your Ellis County Democratic Party Website

It has been sometime coming but our local party is now online. I hope you find it useful.

I had been thinking about how to do this for sometime and after speaking with several people as to how it should look and how to implement it I just jumped in, so to speak. This is not the first version of it. I tried several different patterns, templates is what they are called. I settled on 1 and published it but did not tell anyone it was online. I went back to it 2 days later, didn't like what I saw, and decided to redo it. Then, a couple of days later I published it again and let all the precinct chairs know and got some feedback. It is going to be a continuous work in progress.

So, Today is the "official" publish day.
